Andhra Pradesh Politics suddenly got heated with the news of YSR Congress MLA, Bhuma Nagi Reddy contemplating to shift to TDP. YS Jagan reportedly sent Vijaya Sai Reddy and Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy to pacify Bhuma and evade him from going out of the party. We are told that Bhuma did not budge to their pressure and party change may be imminent.
On the other side, TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu asked Deputy CM KE Krishnamurthy and all other leaders of Kurnool district to come and meet him in Vijayawada. This is to make sure there is no public dissent in the party when Bhuma is joining. There are rumours that Bhuma may get cabinet berth in the next expansion.
Bhuma is representing Nandhyala and his daughter Akhil Priya is from Allagadda constituency. Bhuma Nagi Reddy and his wife, Shoba Nagi Reddy are one of the the founder members of YSR Congress Party. Shoba was also the spokesperson of the party. She expired in an accident just before the 2014 elections.
