Saurabh, a student of Class 12 in Modi Inter College in the Modinagar area of Ghaziabad was boasting to his Facebooks about his heroics with a country-made pistol but that unfortunately landed him in jail hours later.
It is said that a local Police officer came across those pictures when surfing for his own account in Facebook. The police reached out to Saurabh and interrogated him about how he got the pistol but could not get a satisfactory response from him.
So they have registered an FIR under relevant sections of the Arms Act with Modinagar police station. They are also on a hunt for nabbing two other friends of Saurabh – Rahul and Ankur who were beside him in the photo when he is posing with the pistol.
