KCR-officeTOI had come up with an interesting story about why Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is missing from Secretariat. The story said the CM’s belief in Vaastu is the reason for his disappearance. KCR had already declared that the secretariat is not Vaastu compliant and is planning a shift.

KCR’s absence is leading to piling up of files and indiscipline for secretariat staff who rarely appear in their seats. KCR visited his office in Secretariat last on July 22nd and before that June 23rd. In both the occasions, he was forced to come there and his visit barely was more than couple of hours. The Chief Minister is mostly working from his camp office at Greenlands and only few very important files are being signed.

The officials at CMO are clearing the chief minister’s relief fund (up to a maximum of Rs one lakh) as they do not need his approval. KCR holds portfolios of municipal administration and urban development, general administration, law and order, information and public relations and minority welfare departments. And we talk less about the pending files the much better.
