Popular Tamil actor Vikram has been out of public memory for a long time now.in fact many have completely written him off as a star too. The actor however is unfazed by these talks and is pinning all the hopes to bounce back with the Shankar film Ai (Manoharudu). But the bouncing back doesn’t end there. The star of blockbuster films like Samy, Dhool etc has reportedly decided to go full on commercial post the release of Ai.
In his plans to bounce back with commercial films he has apparently chosen the Singham series. To all those confused, no he is not replacing Suriya in the Singham films. Instead sources say he is looking at remaking the Bollywood’s Singham Returns in South. If that happens and it’s a success the actor is going to continue it as a series like the Suriya’s Singham series only with a different name. Of course for all this to happen the Hindi sequel has to be a big success. Everything depends on its reception. So all we can do now to know the future of Vikram as a star is to wait for Independence Day when Singham Returns releases.
