We all know that Venkatesh and Ravi Teja are soon going to do a film together. Director Veeru Potla has been working on the script for some time, is what we have been lead to believe. But there seems to be a remake twist here somewhere. The latest reports emerging suggests that the two may star in a remake film after all.
Now with such an exciting casting and reports of remake, one naturally tends to think of some big movie in recent past that could support such a casting. Very few films come into mind and even among them we overlook the under performers. However that is where the director seems to have looked at for a subject to bring the two stars together. Apparently Veeru Potla is going to remake the average earner Jilla in Telugu with these two actors, with suitable changes according to the nativity and age. Jilla starring Mohan Lal and Vijay was a Pongal release earlier in the year and thanks to the festival advantage it turned out to be an average grosser locally.
