Jr.Ntr Temper ReviewWhat is the film about?
Temper as we all know is the story of a corrupt cop Daya (Jr NTR). Under what circumstances he changes is what the film is all about.

How is Jr.Ntr’s performance?
It wouldn’t be going overboard if we say this is career best performance from the actor. The director has delivered what he promised at the audio launch, every film that Tarak does from now on will be compared with Temper in terms of his act. He has shown the various gamuts of expression all in one film and in a fresh and intense manner. The action gets better and better as the film progresses and reaches peak during the pre-climax and climax. The drunken fight sequence followed by the court monologue are examples of this fabulous piece of acting.

Puri Jagannath Temper ReviewDirection By Puri Jagannath?
Puri Jagannadh has been often criticized for making fluffy films without any seriousness. The same problem persists here as well but the way he executes the all important sequences he once again showcases his vintage self. It is this serious stuff that makes the right impact and gets the audience engaged. His dialogues too play a major role, especially in second half. Overall without any doubt this is clearly his best product in recent times and as said its achieved due to the seriousness. With this lifetime role for Jr NTR the director has redeemed himself of the sin called Andhrawala.

Kajal Agarwal Temper ReviewKajal Agarwal, Sonia and others performance?
Kajal looks gorgeous and she is used well in the songs but apart from that there is nothing else from her. The real highlight of the film apart from hero is Posani and his characterization. The standoff between hero and Posani is the main backbone of the film and the actor has been managed well by the director for this character. Prakash Raj is good as usual with his villainous act containing humor. Apart from them the usual faces seen in a Puri Jagannadh film too are present and they all help fill up the screen in a relatable way.

Anup Rubens Temper ReviewMusic and other departments?
Music by Anup Rubens was decent as a standalone audio but onscreen they all look good due to the superb picturization. Background score is provided by Mani Sharma and he once again shows his immense experience with superlative work. Editing is sharp and as said above choreography is superb. Cinematography is mixed bag. Most of the film looks rich but few sequences looks equally pedestrian as if they have been re-shot and added individually.

Highlights Temper ReviewHighlights?
Jr NTR performance.
Second half.
Direction.

Drawbacks?
Weak romance in first half.
Some very loud moments.
Thin storyline.

Drawbacks Temper ReviewAlternative take:
The film is good and if one were to have an alternative take it would be related to the happenings in first half. Of course the toning down of loudness too needs to be done.

Did I enjoy it?
Yes.

Will you recommend it?
Yes.
