kadiyam sri hari refused the notices over Jump Jilani MLAsThe defections issue in Telangana is growing bigger and bigger every day. Earlier the high court had decided to serve notices to Telangana Speaker Madhusudhanachari over delaying a decision on the disqualification petitions.

But Speaker said to have refuses to take the court notices saying that courts are not the authority to question him over the issue. This is a new low which indicates that the Speaker’s office, a constitutional authority is also involved too much in to politics.

The ruling party and Speaker is taking the advantage of the faulty anti-defection law which do not specify any time to decide up on the disqualification petitions. The ruling party is not in a position to face bielection in the defected TDP MLAs’ constituency. Most of these MLAs are from settlers majority constituencies in GHMC region where TRS is very weak.
