Is Jr NTR’s upcoming film Nenorakam going to be shelved? This talk has spread like wildfire in the industry all of a sudden from late afternoon today. The exact reasons are still not known but there seems to multiple problems on this project the least of which are financial one’s.
The media had already reported at the start of the month that the movie is having problems continuing with its shooting. It was then linked to the under performance of the film Rabhasa and how the star wanted to go for a makeover and not do another routine movie. As we know we have a barrage of cop movies releasing back to back and by the time Nenorakam, tentative title, would have hit the screens for Sankranthi it had all the chances of looking stale. This is the kind of problem that had severely dented the box office collections of Rabhasa as well.
Keeping this is mind, reports also emerged that Tarak is looking for a fresh script from the team as the film has not yet jumped into serious shooting. Soon after such reports emerged an official press note was released assuring that the film was indeed on track and would resume from September 10, meaning the film should have been on sets now. That isn’t the case and the producer too is in town. All this pointers are looking ominous for the progress of the film.
