In the film industry, it is always good to have healthy competition. Producers invest crores of rupees and just a wrong decision shouldn’t come in between and spoil earning profits. Especially when big films clash with each other, there is every chance that one film suffers losses and this indirectly has a bad effect on the industry in the long run. Presently two big films, one is Jr.NTR’s ‘Rabhasa’ and Surya’s ‘Anjaan’ (Sikandar in Telugu) are scheduled to be released on 15th August.

Though ‘Sikandar’ is a dubbed version, Surya has good fan base in Telugu regions even. Moreover, the leading lady Samanta happens to be the top heroine in Tollywood and hence this film is no less than any straight Telugu movie. So if this film clashes with a straight movie like ‘Rabhasa’, there is every chance that one of them would be negatively effected. As per the latest buzz, the Telugu version of Surya-Samanta starrer will back away from the clash and the film would be probably released a week or two later after NTR’s ‘Rabhasa’ release.
