Well, it could be a stretch calling it Sunil’s might but he has done enough to warrant such praise for sure. So what has he done?
Sunil’s new film as hero Krishnastami released yesterday. Right from the morning shows it was thrashed online and it got poor reviews as well. Yet the film has opened to decent numbers. In fact the numbers on the opening day put it ahead of some of the better reviewed and successful films of recent times. Shouldn’t that be enough for Sunil to get some credit?
The long gap of two years could be a factor for better opening but it also has to be remembered that Krishnastami has been a delayed project. Let’s see if Sunil can repeat the same feat with his upcoming Veeru Potla’s film.
