A director has been recently arrested in Vizag along with four other associates for allegedly duping misguided youth for money. They reportedly promised the youngsters jobs as police and took approximately 17 lakhs money from them. When one of them suspected the whole process, the issue of cheating came into light.
This isn’t the first time that cases like this have been heard. Many times it has happened in the past as people, especially youth, are easily lured to the charms to celluloid. Everyone dreams of becoming a hero or be seen in a movie and few malicious intended industry people take advantage of it. Unfortunately even after repeated incidents people are easily duped. In this case the makers were forced to take this route as their movie was stuck incomplete due to lack of funds.
