Shankar’s Robo 2 is gaining a lot of buzz in the film industry. First of course it was the casting of Rajinikanth which brought the movie in the news. This time also the buzz is related to a casting decision. Rumour is that Robo 2 is going to have none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger all the way from Hollywood.
But none of this is confirmed by the film makers. Before Schwarzenegger, there were rumours of big name actors such as Kamal Haasan and Vikram being considered for this role but now it seems that the focus of the filmmakers seem to have shifted towards internationally popular star. It seems that since this film is a cult hit among sci-fi film fans worldwide, the makers want to cash in on the international market by casting internationally famous actors.
However, as per a popular tabloid report talks are on with Arnold Schwarzenegger but the spokesperson from the production house that is producing the film is reluctant to talk about it.
