mozilla ceo chrisbeard and satya nadellaIn an open letter Mozilla CEO, Chris Beard slammed Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella making it difficult to change the default browser settings in Windows 10. In the newly released operating system, it will take more than twice the number of mouse clicks, scrolling through content and some technical sophistication.

This will make the lazy and not so tech savvy users to retain the Windows 10 choice instead of opting for browsers like Firefox and Chrome. Mozilla alleges that this is an intentional ploy by Microsoft to retain users to its less popular browsers.

However Microsoft refutes the allegations and say that the user will have the choice to set defaults, including for web browsing. The company also said that they take user recommendations and make improvements if necessary.
