Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s case has once again come up for hearing on July 30 and one can understand this is going to take a while when the final hearing on the most ‘infamous hit and run’ case would come up. This time it has been the arguments of Salman’s lawyer making allegations on the trail court for ignoring certain evidences.
Salman’s lawyer came up with the argument that it wasn’t the actor but his driver Ashok Singh who was driving the car but whose evidence the sessions court rejected saying he came up after 13 years only to help defense in this case. In his arguments, Salman’s lawyer questioned on relying solely on Ravindra Patil’s witness while there had been other witnesses too.
The next hearing was posted to 5th August. Meanwhile, one of the prime victim of ‘hit and run’ case Ravindra Patil’s mother’s plea was rejected by the court. She came up with a plea to cancel Salman’s bail and with explanation how her son was victimised after giving the witness against the actor.
