salman-khan-hit-and-run-caseA sessions court in Mumbai will announce the final judgement of the 2002 alleged hit and run case involving actor Salman Khan on may 6th. The trial of the case began April last year after Salman was booked under Section 304 Part II (culpable homicide not amounting to murder).

Salman Khan is likely to get a maximum sentence of upto ten year’s imprisonment. The case took a twist after Ashok Singh, driver of Salman Khan told the court last month that it was him and not the actor who was driving the car on the intervening night of September 28, 2002, when one person was killed and four others injured.

We will have to see if Salman Khan drive back home or drive to jail on May 6th. On the other side, Salman Khan’s case of hunting the rare Blackbucks 16 years ago is also nearing completion. The final arguments are done and the final verdict of that case will also come out very soon.
