shiva

After 25 years of his career in Tollywood, his first Telugu film still stands tall amongst his movies and makes the audience marvel on his prowess at path breaking films. ‘Shiva’ had been a crusader of sorts and changed the face of Tollywood completely and took the whole cine world by storm. And for Nagarjuna, ‘Shiva’ is the resurrecter of his career. ‘Ninne Pelladatha’, ‘Manmadhudu’, ‘Santosham’ may seem to be the ones which threw light on Nag’s handsomeness. But in reality, it was RGV’s ‘Shiva’ which actually gave away the beauty of Nag’s eyes and their expressiveness.

RGV is making a documentary reminiscing his ‘Shiva’ to commemorate the completion of 25 years of Shiva. He is going to release the documentary on 5th October (Shiva was released in 1989), the day Shiva was released. Silver jubilee for Shiva. The way he mentioned about the 25th birthday shows that RGV considers ‘Shiva’ a person more rather just a film. Like trailers for films, RGV came up with a trailer on his documentary on ‘Shiva’. It always feels good to reminisce something that is very near to our heart. And RGV is no exception.
