Only recently fell into legal troubles for commenting on Gods a couple of years ago. On the auspiscious day of Ganesh Chathurthi, once again RGV literally attacked Lord Ganesha feigning innoncence and ignorance on the matter of Gods. On the festival day he wished ‘Happy Ganesha Day for Morons’. Well, he didn’t just stop at this. He asked many questions on the stories related to Lord Ganesha and the underlying logic.

He has a question to ask whether Ganesh Chaturthi is Ganesha’s birthday or the day when his father cut off his head. He also has one more rightful doubt regarding Ganesha’s eating habits; whether he eats with his trunk or his mouth. RGV even went to the extent of igniting fights between Ganesha and his brother Karthikeya (Kumara Swamy) :-). This is not all. RGV kept tweeting all throughout the day and asking questions regarding the logic behind Ganesh Chaturthi. And finally he tweeted, “All tweets I put on Ganesha are in my uasual manner but unintended by me to hurt anyone’s sentiments…but if they did, I sincerely apologize”. Diplomatic and intelligent indeed!
