Relations between KCR and the Governor got stained?KCR always branded Governor ESL Narasimhan as anti-Telangana before the state formation and accused him of sending reports against the agitation to the center. After the elections, very surprisingly he came too close to KCR and distanced himself from Andhra Pradesh government. However Governor very recently said NO to KCR’s appeal for the joint session of both the houses.

KCR wants to have the joint session to give a power point presentation over the changes in the project designs. However Governor refused permission for this. KCR is now coming up with a plan B for his presentation. The members of the legislative council will be invited to the assembly gallery when the CM gives his presentation to the assembly. The presentation is scheduled for October 9.

There are rumours that relations between KCR and the governor got stained after the latter wrote a letter to Telangana chief secretary Rajiv Sharma from the governor’s office asking for an update on action taken in the case relating to T Srinivas Yadav, the TDP MLA who joined TRS and went on to become a minister in the Chandrasekhar Rao’s cabinet. The governor seem to have submitted a report on that to the center in his recent Delhi visit.
