YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Leader of Opposition in AP Assembly is often said to be a man with ego. We have heard several stories of that which did not go well with the party leaders itself. However Jagan kept everything aside and reached out to Ramoji Rao for help. He rode himself to Ramoji film city for the media baron’s help and this development came as indigestible fact for Jagan’s followers who treat Ramoji Rao as a demon until now.
Of late, Eenadu is publishing some articles on Sand mafia in AP. Given that mood, YSR Congress supporters expected Ramoji Rao to lend moral support for Jagan and his proposed Deeksha for Special Status. However that did not happen. Eenadu gave minimal coverage to Jagan’s deeksha which come as a huge disappointment to Jagan and his supporters.
Its not the case only with Eenadu, all the media houses expect Sakshi chose to give a very minimal coverage to the Deeksha. Even Jagan’s speech on the deeksha was not prominently covered much to his fans disappointment. Party leaders are of the opinion that the Deeksha can not survive in people unless media rally behind Jagan which is looking highly unlikely now.
