Allu Arjun already proved his stardom at the ticket windows of three states namely Telangana, AP and Kerala and he’s good in Karnataka even. All these film industries belong to South. The art of film making and the stories chosen in these industries have striking similarities. It’s not only Allu Arjun, many Tamil stars too enjoy stardom in more than two industries.
But when it comes to Bollywood, only a few like Kamal Haasan and Rajnikanth could leave their mark. In the present generation, it’s Dhanush who could woo Bollywood audiences and critics alike. From Tollywood, Ram Charan tried Bollywood film ‘Zanjeer’, but his performance was literally ripped apart by critics.
Now Allu Arjun gives a bold statement that he would consider doing a Hindi movie if a right script comes his way. Till date, Allu Arjun’s acting was decent but none of them equalled to outstanding performance. Until ‘Zanjeer’ happened, Charan never tasted the real criticism for his acting. Bollywood critics don’t try to be modest and their criticism doesn’t mostly be blurred by big names or stars.
The reason is, Bollywood star heroes and especially Khans had set high standards. Recently only Dhanush had escaped from being skinned by critics because the actor gave impressive performances in both his Hindi ventures. On a positive note, Allu Arjun has his positives like dancing and style quotient to pull crowds. So hopefully, he would also make an impressive debut when he had to take the call in real.
