When we ask a person to name all his teachers, he might not be able to do so. However, the person can easily mention atleast two names; the teacher’s name who made his life and the one who broke. An actor became immensely popular overnight with just one pic and he happens to be Prabhakar of ‘Maryada Ramanna’ fame.
When Rajamouli released ‘Kalakeya’ poster, many didn’t recognise the actor initially. Trying to guess who the actor was and the initial shock the poster hit, gave huge publicity to the actor who already did more than half a dozen films already. Yes, of course, Rajamouli is responsible for the overnight publicity.
But going by Prabhakar’s revelations, Rajamouli seems to be a like a doting mentor to Prabhakar who boosted the actor’s morale right from giving first oppurtunity in ‘Maryada Ramanna’ while he was struggling for a job, making him to learn acting paying Rs.10,000 stifund and also remuneration with which he could forego all his debts. And now, a big oppurtunity like ‘Baahubali’. Then it’s no surprise when Prabhakar says Rajamouli gave him new life.
