This film deals with the ‘Emergency period’ 1975-77 of Indira Gandhi reign as the Prime Minister of our country.
Radhika is going to play revolutionary poet set in the ’emergency era’. Madhur Bhandarkar is famous for making female-oriented movies and portraying strong women characters in his movies which brought immense praises and awards for the actresses who had played those roles in his films.
