This torrent site has earned him billions of profits by just providing links to the pirated content from the films and hence causing a lot of loss to the entertainment industry. The number of visitors to this site is mind blowing. It is learnt that 50 million visitors visit the site on regular basis.
Vaulin, the cyber criminal had links running from different countries. With his arrest, his website is taken down and many other connected sites had become inoperative. Though this arrest alone isn’t going to curb all the pirated websites, it’s definitely a laudable step.
