As a Kakatiya warrior queen, Rudramadevi might have fought her enemies and won over to prove the woman’ power, but as a film ‘Rudramadevi’ is still battling amidst mixed talk and reviews in Tollywood. The biggie’s Telugu audiences’ response is out and one has to wait to see how far Rudramadevi can sustain the talk.
Now one more test is awaiting Gunasekhar’s historical drama. Tamil version’s release is slated for next Friday i/e/. on 16th October and based on the responses the makers got for Telugu version, one has to wait and see how Tamil will work.
The Hindi version which hit along with Telugu got the same response as like that for Telugu. Most of the Bollywood film sites opined that ‘Rudramadevi’ is no ‘Baahubali’ but not as poor as ‘Puli’ though. But ‘Puli’ has immense star power compared to ‘Rudramadevi’, which is a woman centric movie. Can Anushka sail across?
