chandrababu ap cm office photoThe AP State Architecture Enterprise (APSAE), an initiative of the IT department is currently developing an e-biz clearance system to help the fast clearance of investment proposals. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has promised a single window clearance system which will clear all the proposals within 21 days of submission.

Any individual or company seeking approval can simply log on to this e-business platform. The data will reach all relevant departments and they will be processed as son as possible. The government expects the e-business platform to be ready in three months. A presentation on how to develop the protocol was given to the IT department by Wipro last Thursday.

According to a report, any project on an average requires 27 types of clearances that will cost about Rs 6,000 a piece. It will take a minimum of 177 hours to obtain each clearance. Andhra Pradesh government expects the e-biz system to get the clearance in 10 hours on an average. They also focus on making the cost effective than in the old system.
