Nagarjuna and Karthi bilingual multi-starrer ‘Oopiri’ is quickly shooting for the remaining portions with new additions to give it a masala flavour to cater to the tastes of the local audiences of Telugu states and Tamil. The makers of the film have decided to include an item song for the required masala though such a number isn’t there in the original.
Karthi is going to groove for the peppy number along with another actress in the story, a South African model Gabriella Demetriades who is doing an important cameo role in the movie. But Nagarjuna isn’t going to join the item number sequence which is presently being canned by the director.
As Nag is playing the role of a paraplegic, who will be confined to wheel chair, he will not be seen grooving in the item song. The song comes when there is a crucial turn of events in the film. Let’s see how the well acclaimed original is adapted to the tastes of South audiences.
