Naga Chaitanya eyes a Kannada movie

Naga Chaitanya seem to be banking on remakes to steady his career ship. He is currently busy wrapping up Thadaka (Vettai remake) and had reportedly given a nod for a movie under Srivas direction which is the remake of Bollywood film, Welcome. And now the buzz in Tollywood scuttle butt machinery goes that he is reportedly impressed by a Kannada movie titled ‘Charminar’. While the project is not confirmed officially, sources say there is a good chance of this movie making to sets.

Charminar is an upcoming romantic drama written and directed and produced by R. Chandru featuring Prem Kumar and Meghana Gaonkar in the lead roles. The film deals with the life of a man in comparison with the famous monument Charminar in Hyderabad, that shows four important pillars including family, friends and lover.
