Prime Minister Narendra Modi is undoubtedly the most powerful man in the country right now but currently he has sent in a special requisition letter to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu and is awaiting his response. This is regarding the members of TTD board. It is reliably learnt that Modi has requested a name for the board member. Home Minister Rajnath Singh and another Central Minister also sent their recommendation letters to Chandrababu.
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is the richest temple in the World. Politicians and businessmen across the country feel it a previlege to be a member of the 18 member board. Usually, except AP remaining states will have one each member in the board. Telangana is expected to get two board members this time. Vanteru Pratap Reddy who contested against Telangana Chief Minister KCR in Gajwel is reportedly a confirmed member for the coveted post. Chandrababu is sitting on a numerous requests for the board member post and will have a tough time finalizing the list. Ex-MLA from Tirupati, Chadalawada Krishna Murthy is the most probable Chairman candidate and film director Raghavender Rao will be one of the board member.
