Ex-Chief Minister and Jai Samaikyandhra Party Founder President Kiran Kumar Reddy is not contesting election this time. It is said that KKR will be contesting from his regular seat Pileru from Jai Samaikyandhra. But all of sudden he withdrew from fray and his brother Kishore Kumar Reddy filed nomination for the same seat a short while ago. No one from Jai Samaikyandhra party are available for clarification.
In the past there were rumours that Kiran may contest for Rajampeta Parliament. We can get an idea of KKR’s political future by this evening as nomination time ends. Kiran Kumar Reddy resigned from Chief Minister due to differences with Congress high command over state bifurcation issue and later floated his own party.However the party is not heading in the direction as Kiran would like. Even most of the founding members of JSP dropped midway and joined other parties.
