KCR's Anti Corruption hotline goes wrong!Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao owed to eradicate the menace of corruption from government and went on to announce a toll-free number — 040-23454071 — where people can lodge a complaint if state officials demand a bribe.

However to the embarrassment of the state authorities, the number turned out to be a wrong number. In fact, the number belongs to the Arogyasri call centre (104 services) where operators accept questions related to the medical and health services.

Taking KCR’s word, Whenever complainant dial the number, the automated system greets with “Dial 1 for AP, Dial 2 for Telangana” message. The hotline deals with five different options only with regard to medical-related complaints.
