It is known that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is now in soup over the information he provided in his election affidavit. He gave an information that neither he nor his wife has any personal Motor cars. But the fact is that Jagan has two cars registered in his name. According to the law, if a candidate tries to hide or gives wrong information in his election affidavit is liable for one year jail term and also disqualification.

However Election commission will not take this case Sumoto. Some one has to complain. After receiving a complaint, EC will investigate in to the matter and if proven true, a case will be filed in the Returning Officer’s Jurisdiction. TDP is gearing to take up this complaint with the Election Commission. In the previous elections, Jagan faced similar allegations of not disclosing his properties in Hyderabad and Bangalore. But he escaped the axe by proving that his own residential buildings are registered in the name of his companies.
