Is a rebellion cooking in Telangana Rashtra Samiti? Indications are on in that direction, TRS senior leader and KCR’s son-in-law, Harish Rao is being sidelined from the party. TRS is gearing up for its first plenary after the state formation and Harish Rao is already sidelined from the plenary arrangements.
And now the 1000s of posters and hoardings of the plenary that turned Hyderabad in to Pink City, have left out Harish Rao’s photo totally and gave prominence to KTR on par with KCR. Mynampalli Hanumanth Rao who has bitter rivalry with Harish Rao is made TRS City President. All Harish Rao haters are getting plum posts within the party as well as the government.
There is a strong buzz that KCR and KTR are trying to suffocate Harish and show him door from the party to elevate KTR as the next heir. Harish Rao is often seen as the number two in TRS and led the Telangana agitation from the front. There are times where KCR is totally missing from the political scene and it was Harish Rao who steered the party and the agitation.
