Have you ever heard of a movie that on its first weekday has done business more than its opening day? Now isn’t such a feat impossible to imagine especially when you consider that even the first day was a big one.
Well, such an impossible feat has been achieved by the recently released Bollywood film Tanu Weds Manu Returns. The film starring Kangana Ranaut in double role with Madhavan and Jimmy Shergill for her company is doing extraordinarily well ever since its release. The weekday’s collections are a proof of that.
That sensational run is continued for the next day as well and the trade is now damn sure that this film would cross the 100 Cr mark at the box office. This means it would be the first female centric film to Nett that much ever in India. It would also by default become the highest grossing Hindi film of the year so far too. All we have to say is, wow!
