vizag hudhud it companiesMost of the industries coming to Andhra Pradesh seem to be evincing interest in Vishakapatnam and surrounding areas even after the Hudhud Cyclone disaster. It is almost confirmed that Uttarandhra will be getting tax incentives even if Andhra Pradesh gets Special Status or not. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has ordered APIIC to collect a minimum of 25000 acres of land in Vishakapatnam.

APIIC has 8000 acres land and 7000 acres land collection is in various stages. Naidu has instructed to collect 10000-15000 acres. Government is also planning to denotify 1500 acres of forest land in Vishakapatnam and 800 acres in Srikakulam and Vizianagaram. Industrial friendly government, fast processing of permissions, 24 hours power and water supply and tax benefits are too tempting for investors to ignore.

State government has to allot 600 acres land for various central government organizations coming up in Uttarandhra.
