Hero Shivaji is continuing his efforts in fighting for the Special Status of Andhra Pradesh. The actor who did an Amarana Deeksha with this demand was forced to quit it with Police intervention and is now touring various parts of the state for round table conferences to educate the people about the injustice meted to the state.
Speaking at a round table conference of Vijayawada, Shivaji alleged that TDP and YSR Congress are hand-strapped in fighting for the Special Status. He said TDP could not fight against the Center since they are sharing Power with BJP at the Center. He also ridiculed that Jagan could not fight for special status since he is entangled in several CBI cases.
Shivaji called the people to support the state government on the issues of Pattiseema Project and the upcoming capital, Amaravathi. He asked people only to fight against corruption if any in this projects. He reiterated that taking land from farmers is inevitable for any mega projects. He also requested all the political parties not to politicize these issues.
