What is the film about?
The story of the film is pretty simple, it is about a grandson who unites his father with his long lost family.
How is Ram Charan’s performance?
The movie was signed by Ram Charan for the dual purpose of improving acting and doing a movie that brings him close to family segment. While his hardcore mass fans might be disappointed due lack of dances and fights he has made a right choice at right time doing the movie. He has improved in terms of body language and emotional performance for sure. There is still some rawness but that is alright in the final scheme of things. Few more films with performances like this then Ram Charan the actor would truly arrive.
Direction by Krishna Vamsi?
Krishnavamsi is a master craftsman who has lost his way for quite some time now. One could say after the end of the film that the director has rediscovered his form albeit in patches. Its still not a patch on his initial films but that is a very extraordinary bar to reach. The picturization of songs and handling of emotional sequences has the directors touch all over it. In the end its a good comeback by director after a long time and one hopes he continues this form going forward as well and irons out the rustiness that is visible here in the process.
PR, Kajal, Kamilini Mukharjee and Others performance?
Kajal has a very glamorous role in the film and she makes full use of it throughout the film. This film will rank pretty high among her glamorous outings for sure. Kamalinee Mukharjee has a decent character and she plays her part well enough to get noticed. Finally the main pillars of the film leaving aside the heroines are that of Srikanth, Prakash Raj and Jayasudha. They all do justice to their part through brilliant performances with a tinge of over melodrama. Even Rahman playing the small role of Charan’s father in the film does his part with great interest and it shows on screen. Kota Srinivas Rao and Rao Ramesh as villains and Posani Krishnamurali as side kick providing fun have all done justice to their parts. Its a film where all the bits and pieces artists too have chipped in uniformly.
Yuvan Shankar Raja and others ?
Music by Yuvan Shankar Raja has been a mixed bag with few numbers working very well. But when it comes to the background score he delivers an ace. It is superb and so is the cinematography by Sameer Reddy. Editing is shoddy. Choreography of songs is a major asset for the film. Dialogues are fine.

Alternative take:
The film as it is fine from a family movie perspective but there appears to be a rawness in terms of screenplay. Somehow it never feels a smooth ride. Had that been taken care off especially for the climax, the movie would have been awesome wholly.
