Governor of Telugu States, ESL Narasimhan had got a call from the central government to immediately come to Delhi. Governor will fly to Delhi this evening at 4PM and will meet Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh tomorrow at 11AM.
This meeting assumes significance in the wake of news that Center is keen to implement Section 8 and also the news that Telangana ACB may serve notices to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to give his voice samples in Cash for Vote case.
On the other side, the hearing of Matthaiah’s Quash petition is currently going on in high court. Heated arguments are going on between the lawyers of both the sides. Telangana ACB had requested the court to give Forensic Science Lab’s preliminary report to proceed further in the court.
