N.Srinivasan BCCIFormer BCCI President, N.Srinivasan had approached Hyderabad high court requesting from relieving him from YS Jagan’s illegal assets case. CBI had named him one of the accused in this case for allegedly making investments in three companies promoted by Jagan.

And in return the India Cements Ltd owned by Srinivasan got their land lease renewed in Kadapa. Srinivasan stated to the court that the investments were made out of interests and no quid-pro-quo deals are not involved.

Srinivasan’s counsel argued that CBI had not filed any document to suggest how this case can be proven. The CBI counsel had asked for an adjournment of the case for further arguments and so the case is adjourned till Monday.
