It was a heartbreaking scene to see one grieving father seeing his son off for the last time and the innocent son lighting his father’s funeral pyre. At Moinabad farm house of Nandamuri scion, this heart wrenching ritual moved everyone’s heart. Nandamuri Kalyanram and Jr.NTR were seen helping their departed brother son Master Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao to perform the last rites for his father.
Actually this day was decided to be a celebration day for the Nandamuri family because, Janakiram’s film ‘Pataas’ audio launch was planned on 7th December. Jr.NTR and Balakrishna were expected to grace the event alongwith Kalyanram. As expected all the Nandamuri family members were present at Janakiram’s side but only he is not alive. Instead of deafening celebrations, there is nagging pain and mourning.
TDP cadre and Nandamuri fans followed the last procession from Harikrishna’s house to the Moinabad farm house where Janakiram’s body was given final farewell performing all the last rites according to Hindu tradition. It was a painful sight to see Harikrishna in such a broken state looking at his departed son and blaming god for cheating him. But no one can do anything. Helpless! Only one can pray ‘May his soul rest in peace’.
