Salman Khan’s Kick has had a fabulous weekend at the box office despite what the trade is claiming as pre-Eid days. These days are supposed to be not favourable for collections but the numbers Kick is putting up tells otherwise. Kick had an amazing Sunday with the collections hitting the 30 Cr mark for the first time. In the end the film has collected approximately 84 Cr over the weekend.

Kick has now all time third highest opening weekend collections after Dhoom 3 and Chennai Express. The movie is going to cross the 100 Cr mark soon making it the seventh film in a row for Salman Khan to achieve this figure. It makes him the actor with highest number of 100 Cr grossers. The actor is yet to cross the 200 Cr grosser barrier though and it remains to be seen if Kick could be that venture as the festive season starting from tomorrow is expected to give boost to the collections. How big the boost would be will eventually decide the final range of film.
