Very rarely does comes a film that proves to be a major money spinner in all the languages they get made. Manichitrathazhu was one such film which was later remade into rest of South Indian languages and Bollywood. It scored massive success everywhere. After years Drishyam is going to repeat that feat.
The film as we all know was first made in Malayalam where it became an Industry Hit. It was later remade in Kannada, Telugu and Tamil in that order. In all these languages the film has been a big success for the stars involved.
Now the film is all set to release in Bollywood this week and going by the early preview reports, looks like the success story might be repeated there too. Only select films manage to achieve this feat of scoring in all major industries, makers of Drishyam should be really proud of this feat.
