‘Kaththi’ starring Vijay in the lead scored a blockbuster hit in 2014 and now it is going to be remade in Telugu as ‘Kathilaantodu’ as Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie, though Telugu writer Narasimha Rao is crying foul that it was his story and is demanding credit for the story.
The writer says that VV Vinayak who is directing Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie has called him and assured him to sort out the issue for him. Does Vinayak mean that he will give Narasimha Rao the credits for the story? It’s not known on what terms Vinayak is going to sort out the issue.
The writer says his main concern is to get the credits for the story. What about the remuneration? He says he wants remuneration but doesn’t have any demand on how much he has to be paid. The writer has already filed a complaint in the Telugu Writers Association. He says that he is not planning to interrupt the regular shooting of the film but will decide on next course of action based on how Chiru-Vinayak will do the justice to him.
