One of the most common questions asked in Rajahmundry over the past one week, “When was the last time Naidu slept properly?”. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister took utmost care in Godavari Pushkaralu arrangements but unfortunately the stampede occurred on the first day killing 27 people. Naidu was disheartened at the accident and was moved.
Like the usual politicians, Naidu did not run away from responsibility and decided to lead from the front. He stayed back in Rajahmundry and supervised the arrangements personally. Naidu was seen in the control room through out the day and is conducting surprise visits even at midnight of every day. He is continuously seen talking to common people and inquiring them about the arrangements.
All the arrangements were fine except for Transportation, despite the best efforts. Naidu was also seen even monitoring the traffic at nights. Tiredness is clearly seen on his face and those who eye witnessed says contemporary politicians should definitely learn from him.
