Chandrababu spits fire on Jagan in AssemblyYS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his YSR Congress Party was at the receiving end when they actually tried to corner the government on the Special Status issue. The government was well prepared on the issue and took it up even before the opposition stressed. The leader of the house himself made a statement on the issue dispelling YSRCP’s campaign that Chandrababu do not want Special Status.

Chandrababu unleashed a full thrust attack on the opposition calling it as ‘Murderers party’ at one stage. He repeated that his government is keen on Special Status and is not compromising it for the Special Package. He pointed out that Congress party’s hurried last minute division could not give constitutional guarantees to various promises to the state and they have become problem now.

Chandrababu cornered YSR Congress by asking why they withdrew the no confidence motion on the UPA government during the division bill time in the last minute. Jagan and his party looked extremely uncomfortable at this assault and diverted the topic by stalling the proceedings of the house.
