shruthi-haasan-at-gabbar-movie-promotions21Like never before, Censor Board of Film Certification is taking care not to allow abusive words to pass uncut in the films. Some words which went uncut earlier are also been subjected to cuts these days sending a clear message that even mildly abusive words aren’t going to escape censor.

Coming to Akshay Kumar and Shruti Haasan starrer ‘Gabbar Is Back’, CBFC suggested five cuts and certified the film U/A. Even a commonly used word like ‘Saala’ (Baammardi) went under censor scissors because the members of the board think such words have negative influence on children watching the film.

And Akshay Kumar as action hero has huge fan following among children even and ‘Gabbar Is Back’ is going to be like a summer treat for them. Many children tend to follow his stunts and if he is using unparliamentary language, kids are going to be influenced opines the Censor Board.
