It is alleged that industrialist Syam Prasad Reddy, the MD of Indu Projects Ltd got more than 135 acres of prime government land worth Rs 1,500 crore in Greater Hyderabad, when Jagan’s father, the late YS Rajasekhara Reddy was the CM. The agreement was to develop villas in a joint venture with the AP Housing Board. The 135 acres of plots were sold away without constructing any villas d and in some cases without even developing the land.
