Wherever we go, it is totally a strict no no to touch anything related to caste and religion. These two sensitive areas are too inflamable and one never knows how things can be blown out of proportion when someone understands an issue wrongly related to caste or religion. It is better to avoid such conflicts to avoid controvery if a film maker doesn’t want his movie to be attacked by extremists. The same seems to be happening with mega hero Varun Tej’s debut movie which is tentatively titled ‘Gollabhama’.
The makers are thinking to change the title and re-christen it as ‘Mukunda’. Varun Tej’s character name happens to be Mukunda in the film and hence they feel this name would be apt. Nothing is officially announced yet. But the real reason for the change of the tilte seems to be quite different. As the title ‘Gollabhama’ has connections close to the name of a caste, the makers wanna avoid controversies and thus are thinking for a change of title. Cine folks already are seeing a commoness in the tiles of all the three mega heroes (all three heroes’ film titles have the names of Lord Krishna).
