Tiger sultan movie controversySmall budget film ‘Tiger Sultan’ seems to be in a controversial situation right now, what with the petition against it claiming expletive content in the film. According to the petition filed by K Sekhar in Hyderabad High Court, the film has a few dialogues that are abusive and offensive to some religions.

While his petition has been based off the film’s trailer released online on the YouTube, it states that there are some objectionable dialogues in local Urdu that can hurt the religious sentiments of the viewers.

Sekhar has further elaborated that phrases like ‘Maa Ki Kirkiri’ and ‘Mandir ki Ghanti’ being used in movies and scenes showing chain snatching training pollute the minds of youngsters and instil them to get involved in criminal activities. He went on to say that the movie is nothing but an “act of degradation” in the name of Hyderabadi culture.
