According to the allegations made by Hari Babu, the President of Tamil Nadu Bouncers and Bodyguard Association, ‘Kabali’s producer Kalaipuli Thanu ordered for 1000 bouncers for 22nd July, two months before.
But the producer didn’t stick to his word and kept reducing the number of bouncers from 1000 to 500, then to only 300 on the release date. Thanu, made the president of the association to keep coming to him for two months without giving orders.
Hari Babu says he has roped in bouncers from different parts of the State and trained them for 15 days. But the 300 bouncers were given only one day pay, while the other were left without any pay from the producer. Now, they are protesting against the producer for not giving proper work order and the theater list to go to.
