Nara Rohith Nara Rohith Asura ReviewWhat is the film about?
Charlie a criminal given death sentence is under the custody of Dharma. What happens when Charlie plans to break out from the prison is what the film is about.

How is Nara Rohith’s performance?
There is absolutely no improvement in the act of Nara Rohit. He does what he has done in the past with no real attempt to even show a difference. Even the dialogue delivery is stuck on loop from his past few films. It’s fine when he is given good dialogues but in films like these where he doesn’t have that comfort the weakness is out in open.

Director Krishna Vijay Nara Rohith Asura ReviewDirection By Krishna Vijay?
One must appreciate the director to sticking to the basic plot without deviating for commercial elements but that is the best one could say about him. The basic plot in thin and the director’s aim to bring seriousness to the narrative by making each scene between the hero and villain a confrontation of sorts and of importance has not worked well as the opposition lacks the menace required for the part. The small track involving the lead pair too lacks the spark.

It is only towards the end in second half when the narrative finally moves to action that we get some sense of action happening. However mere climax can’t salvage the entire movie going experience can it?

Priya Banerjee Nara Rohith Asura ReviewPriya Banerjee and others performance?
Priya Benerjee is atrocious to put it mildly. Luckily she has small part so that’s a relief. Ravi Varma gets a role that is beyond his range and it has an effect on the overall scheme of things. Madhu Singampalli in comparison has more menace in brief appearance. But he isn’t given enough footage to leave impact. Others just come and go with no real sense or purpose that audience could connect to.

Sai Kartheek Nara Rohith Asura ReviewMusic and other departments?
Music by Sai Karthik is pretty average. As with many films recently the background score is better in comparison. Editing is mixed bag. Cinematography is good in few parts. Dialogues lack the punch the writer tries too hard to create.

Highlights Nara Rohith Asura ReviewHighlights?
Pre climax and climax
Duration of film

Drawbacks?
Lack of real tension in narrative
Weak conflict

Drawbacks Nara Rohith Asura ReviewAlternative take:
The film takes a morally high view of the main lead even when he does things that are out of law. A better characterization of hero in that direction and powerful villain leading to that climax would have made more exciting film.

Did I enjoy it?
Few parts.

Will you recommend it?
Once again only to those who are fed up of routine movies but with reservation.
